Does Puget Sound Pours provide the alcohol?
​According to Washington State Laws, our packages do not include alcohol. Puget Sound Pours is a dry-hire bar, meaning the client is responsible for the alcohol purchase. Don't worry, we will guide you through these purchases and help coordinate!

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services. All bartenders are MAST Class12 permitted and carry a food handler's card for when we handle garnishes. Your event may need a Washington State Banquet License, click here to view the requirements and apply.

What if the venue doesn't have a bar?
Not a problem! While most venues offer a bar, we do offer service from our 6ft mobile satellite bar for backyards, homes, or venues that do not have a bar on site.​ We do not offer a mobile trailer/camper style bar at this time.

​What payment methods do you accept?
We accept check, cash & bank transfers.

How does the deposit work?
50% retainer of the total is due when the contract is signed to secure your date, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

How does tipping work?
We offer two options, 15% gratuity with a tip jar present or 18% gratuity with no tip jar present.
​Please note that the gratuity percentage applies only to the cost of the bar package, before taxes and fees.

What is your cancellation policy?​
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount, as the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, the deposit can be transferred to another date based on Puget Sound Pours availability. ​

What areas do you cover?
ALL of Washington State! Travel within 25 miles of Everett, WA carries no additional charge (50 miles round trip). A travel fee will be added to further events to account for gas and travel time. If your event is a ferry ride away, we charge round-trip ferry fees.

Do you have to have a minimum number of guests?
No event is too small! Please fill out the contact form and we will create a custom quote for your intimate event.​
